Off street parking is available.  6 cars can comfortably fit in the driveway 

You will receive a full refund within 7 business days once confirmed no damages were incurred during your stay.  If any issues need to be addressed you will be notified within 24 hours of check out, pictures will be taken, and all receipts will be provided for proof of repair or remediation.  Once repair or remediation has been completed the remainder of security deposit will be refunded.  Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Our goal is to refund in full as fast as possible assuming no damages were incurred. 

Infants are allowed but please note that the house IS NOT baby "proofed".  

You will be sent your code to access front door lock 24 hours before your check-in.  

 Pack'n Play is available upon request.  Childrens' books and toys will be located in Bunk room.  High chair is available and located in Master walk in closet.  Although we provide these amenities please know the house is NOT child proofed in any other way.    

Daytime events only.  Excessive parking not allowed - public parking is 3 minutes away. 

Coffee bar will be provided, blender, dishes for both adults and children

16 Adult maximum, up to 22 including children. 

Backyard will include a grill and dining table that seats 6.  Also, will be a couch with fire table to enjoy in the evenings.  Games will be set up in the side yard for entertainment for all ages.  4 hole putting green for hours of fun! 

First aid kit will be located in the laundry room.  

There is a strict no smoking policy inside or outside of this property.  There will be a $450 fee if smoke is smelled or evidence of smoking is detected upon checkout to pay for emergency Ozone treatment to prepare home for next guest.   

2 of the bedrooms will include a 55" Roku Smart TV for you to sign into your streaming subscriptions. 2 of the bedrooms will include 58" Smart TV. The game room will include a 75" Roku Smart TV.  High speed internet with a mesh wifi system will be provided at home.  One working desk will be provided and located in the Master bedroom downstairs and 1 desk in bunk room.   Security cameras will be present overlooking the driveway, backyard, and pool.

USB outlets are in every room and sound machine are in every bedroom.      

We are a family who loves to travel and explore new areas!  However, when we visited St. Augustine in December we fell in love and knew it would be a perfect place to have a second home while sharing it with others!  We have two little girls ages 7 and 10.  We also have two grown children -- thus another reason we wanted a place to all come together as life takes us in different directions.  We hope you fall in love with St. Augustine as much as we have and are able to provide you a home that will be a vacation within itself!
