LAYOUT OF BEDROOMS: Since this is a large home with 7 true bedrooms we decided to design it in a way that would be most functional for any size group. Thus we remodeled 2 rooms to be “FLEX” rooms that can serve as a true bedroom or as a Living Room area. The following will help clarify what is offered in each room.

Kitchen -- Kitchen is large and is fully stocked with all essential cooking needs for your gathering. Gorgeous granite countertops with large island make preparing, serving, and clean up a breeze with any style meal or gathering. A complimentary starter coffee bar will be there to great you along with full place settings for 20, kids dish ware, and outdoor plastic place settings for safety and ease.
Main living room - Custom couches compliment the room along with the 72" fan above. 43" Smart TV can be enjoyed here as well as board and card games can be found in the cabinetry for some after dinner fun! You will also discover couch covers if needed and containers for seashell and shark tooth collecting!
Outdoors -- Backyard has plenty of room to be enjoyed by your entire group! Picnic style table seats 6-8 , stylish patio set seats 5, and fire pit location seats 8. Light, plastic chairs were specifically chosen for here so they can be moved around to suit your needs and gathering . Although you may not be sitting the entire time as putting green, corn hole and life size 4 in Row will be begging to be played! Lastly, there’s a hammock to relax under the trees when you just want a lazy evening.
SERENATA BEACH CLUB ACCESS
NEW!! Our guests will now have the ability to purchase the Serenata Beach Club package! LOCATED 3 min. from house. Includes adult only pool, HEATED family pool, kids pool, gym, restaurants, beach access, kids club, and weekly specials events!! Master Suite

Master suite located on the first floor that includes a King bed and its own private bathroom. You will enjoy double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and a large, walk-in shower. Included is also a large desk and stool. A 75" Roku TV will be provided for you to take advantage of your streaming subscriptions.
Downstairs Queen Room
1 queen bed
This room has a Queen Murphy Bed, a wardrobe, and a full size couch. We consider this a FLEX room where it can be used as a bedroom OR a living room.
King room w/ Ensuite bathroom
1 king bed
This bedroom is located on 2nd floor. A 55" Roku TV will be provided for you to take advantage of your streaming subscriptions. It will have an ensuite bathroom using a pocket door. Bathroom will include a double sink and walk-in shower.
King with ensuite bathroom #2

This room is located on the second floor. A 55" Roku TV will be provided for you to take advantage of your streaming subscriptions. The attached ensuite bathroom include a single sink and a tub/shower combo.
Double Queen Room
2 queen beds
The room is located on 2nd floor across from a King room. A 58" Roku TV will be provided for you to take advantage of your streaming subscriptions.
Bunk Room
2 bunk beds
This room will include Twin over Full bunk beds. Included in this room will be a desk, books, and some toys. LARGE bag is included for kids or adult/child snuggle time.
Game Room
1 sofa bed
This room ultimately will be a media and game room where we hope our guests enjoy time together being silly and unwinding. However, it will also include a comfortable couch that includes a Queen pullout sofa with a memory foam mattress. It will also include a small mini fridge and cabinets to store snacks in during your stay. 75" TV.

We are a family who loves to travel and explore new areas! However, when we visited St. Augustine in December we fell in love and knew it would be a perfect place to have a second home while sharing it with others! We have two little girls ages 7 and 10. We also have two grown children -- thus another reason we wanted a place to all come together as life takes us in different directions. We hope you fall in love with St. Augustine as much as we have and are able to provide you a home that will be a vacation within itself!

Payment Policy
Payment can be made through Zelle, Paypal, or Venmo.
Refundable Damage Deposit
You will receive a full refund within 7 business days once confirmed no damages were incurred during your stay. If any issues need to be addressed you will be notified within 24 hours of check out, pictures will be taken, and all receipts will be provided for proof of repair or remediation. Once repair or remediation has been completed the remainder of security deposit will be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Our goal is to refund in full as fast as possible assuming no damages were incurred.

Full refund if you cancel 90 days prior to reservation. 50% refund if 89-60 days prior to reservation.
It is strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. If you are unable to make your trip every attempt will be made to rebook your days cancelled if less than 60 days prior to arrival. Any days that rebook will be refunded for that portion of your stay.

Notes
Florida can experience hurricanes and storms. Refunds will not be granted due to bad weather. We hope Casa Del Sol "will make you happy even when skies are gray" as the song goes. Refunds will not be granted if you experience a power outage temporarily -- but we will try to keep you as comfortable as possible. A refund will be given if an evacuation is encouraged for that area. If weather is a concern of yours travel insurance is highly recommended.
