Master Suite

Master suite located on the first floor that includes a King bed and its own private bathroom. You will enjoy double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and a large, walk-in shower. Included is also a large desk and stool. A 75" Roku TV will be provided for you to take advantage of your streaming subscriptions.
Downstairs Queen Room
1 queen bed
This room has a Queen Murphy Bed, a wardrobe, and a full size couch. We consider this a FLEX room where it can be used as a bedroom OR a living room.
King room w/ Ensuite bathroom
1 king bed
This bedroom is located on 2nd floor. A 55" Roku TV will be provided for you to take advantage of your streaming subscriptions. It will have an ensuite bathroom using a pocket door. Bathroom will include a double sink and walk-in shower.
King with ensuite bathroom #2

This room is located on the second floor. A 55" Roku TV will be provided for you to take advantage of your streaming subscriptions. The attached ensuite bathroom include a single sink and a tub/shower combo.
Double Queen Room
2 queen beds
The room is located on 2nd floor across from a King room. A 58" Roku TV will be provided for you to take advantage of your streaming subscriptions.
Bunk Room
2 bunk beds
This room will include Twin over Full bunk beds. Included in this room will be a desk, books, and some toys. LARGE bag is included for kids or adult/child snuggle time.
Game Room
1 sofa bed
This room ultimately will be a media and game room where we hope our guests enjoy time together being silly and unwinding. However, it will also include a comfortable couch that includes a Queen pullout sofa with a memory foam mattress. It will also include a small mini fridge and cabinets to store snacks in during your stay. 75" TV.

Located 1 minute to beach and river access, 5 minute or less to three 5-star google reviewed restaurants, 8 minutes to Publix grocery store and Vilano Pier, and 10 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. 4 cars can comfortably fit in driveway.

We are a family who loves to travel and explore new areas! However, when we visited St. Augustine in December we fell in love and knew it would be a perfect place to have a second home while sharing it with others! We have two little girls ages 7 and 10. We also have two grown children -- thus another reason we wanted a place to all come together as life takes us in different directions. We hope you fall in love with St. Augustine as much as we have and are able to provide you a home that will be a vacation within itself!
